Leider keine Klimatisierung und keine Minibar?Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer - wäre bei 36 Grad top gewesen kalt Getränke zu haben!

Enttäuschend!

Die Lage ist ein Traum. Ich durfte freundlicherweise mein Zimmer schon vor 15:00 Uhr beziehen.

− Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht. Bei einem höherpreisigen Zimmer erwarte ich, wenn schon keine Espressomaschine, doch zumindest die Möglichkeit einer Kaffee-/Teezubereitung. Ein Kühlschrank sollte ebenfalls Standard sein. Das Zimmer war lieblos ausgestattet. Man könnte es sehr viel charmanter, z.B. mit schönen Vorhängen zusätzlich zu den Rollos ausstatten. Es gab eine „nachhaltige“ Wasserflasche, die mit abgestandenem Sprudel gefüllt war. Ein Glas dazu fehlte. Sehr bedenklich finde ich die Tatsache, dass es kein Telefon im Zimmer gibt. Ebenso wenig irgendeine Information darüber, wie man jemanden bei Problemen oder im Notfall erreichen kann. Scheinbar ist nach 18:00 Uhr auch niemand mit Verantwortung im Haus, der nach dem Rechten schaut. Leider hatte ich ein Zimmer, das wohl über der Küche lag, aus der laute Stimmen und Getöse mich vom Schlafen abhielten. Da ich niemanden anrufen konnte, musste ich im Bademantel nach unten gehen und traf den Küchenchef an, der dann dafür sorgte, dass der Lärm aufhörte. Am nächsten Morgen schallte dann aber schon wieder früh Musik nach oben. Die Fugen in der Dusche haben schwarze Flecken und sollten dringend überarbeitet werden. Ich hatte mich sehr auf meinen Aufenthalt gefreut, dieses Haus stand schon lange auf meiner „Bucket List“. Umso enttäuschter bin ich jetzt.

Wunderschöne Ruheoase

Wunderschöne Landschaft, viele Outdooraktivitäten. Kleiner, aber feiner Spabereich, super freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Wer Lust auf Ruhe und Erholung hat, ist hier super aufgehoben. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Das Frühstück ist gut, es gibt auch eine kleine vegane Auswahl.

− Das Hotel liegt sehr ländlich, um mit offenen Fenstern schlafen zu können, hätte ich mir Mückenschutz vor den Fenstern gewünscht (das habe ich allerdings noch nie in Hotels gesehen - mir aber schon häufiger gewünscht. Haben also sicherheitshalber mit geschlossenem Fenster geschlafen.
