8.0le calme de l’environnement, l’isolement et pourtant à proximité d’Arta . l’accessibilité rapide en voiture ou en vélo de petites plages loin des touristes la piscine est aussi très agréable

− Il faut faut faire de la route si vous souhaitez visiter les points d’intérêt de « Majorque » Attention c’est indiqué dans l’annonce, mais en période estivale la chaleur est difficilement tenable sans Clim pour des non locaux

9.0Ancien bâtiment rénové avec goût en 6 appartement confortable , avec terrasse et jardins très agréable. Calme absolu. Belle piscine de 16x6 dans un cadre magnifique. A 4kms d'Arta, un véhicule est nécessaire. Belles cala dans les environs. Pour la randonnée, éviter les mois d'été trop chaud.
− Le coin cuisine est petit, une plaque double serait plus pratique. Lit trop mou.
