Sadly, you get what you pay for.
3.0It was clean. Quiet / sound-proof. But there were very few people staying there. Bed comfortable.
− No amenities except mini-mini fridge with broken handle. Not even a coffee maker or a cup. No microwave. Felt lucky to have a towel each. TV channels were spare.

10.0Great location not far from downtown Ventura, newly renovated rooms with a cool vibe, relatively quiet and with a great host.
− We found it risky pulling out onto the street because it was difficult to see oncoming traffic due to a big bush on the nextdoor property obstructing vision - surprised the town permits this.
Staff was nice, room was clean, and close to beach and lots of good restaurants
7.0Owner is very nice. The rooms were clean and updated. Parking was right in front of your room. Took same day reservation and at same cost as others.
− There was not a coffee machine or microwave in room. No ice machine. Also, although it seemed very safe, but would prefer the little lock on the door that allows you to slightly open it or others outside to open it with a key but not get in.
