7.0The location was excellent and it was a Georgian property.
− Quite noisy with guests coming in as I was by the front door. The loo when you sat on it and got up moved and the sink wasn’t level. The staff were really friendly, it was really comfy, clean and convenient. I would stay again.
Nice stay. Good value of money
8.0It is in a very good location, especially good for people rely on public transport- 1 mins to bus stop, and very close to city center. In the hotel you have every essential you need. Staff is helpful and quick response.
− Hotel is quiet dated My room is next to the street, you can hear the buses and cars pass by. However, it is still good value of money in general.
Property needs attention
1.0Free Wi-Fi and location
− On arrival the main light in our room did not work. This was fixed the next day. There were no towel rails to hang wet towels. The Shower head was not securely held due to a loose riser bar. Electric shower heater very dangerous because it intermittently supplied water at an extremely high temperature and then back to cold. The hot water for the basin never got hot. The bathroom was very small. It had no shelves to hold toiletries and toothpaste. The only shelf in our room sloped away from the wall causing personal items to fall off. Our room was also very small.

8.0I was travelling with my bicycle and Tracy was very accommodating with overnight storage. The location was central to the town which was very handy.
− Shower gel would have been good, travelling on a bike I needed to keep luggage to a minimum. I made do with the hand-wash from the separate toilet instead!

5.0The booking process was easy and the location was great. The host Tracey was very friendly and contacted me directly to make sure there was someone on site when we arrived. Tea and coffee in the room and VERY comfortable beds and clean linen.
− The bath sink and toilet were clean but the toilet was loose on the wall, the shower temperature was either cold or too hot as it was running and one of the bath taps couldn't be turned on because it was loose.
