10.0Food was amazing! Everyone was really accommodating and friendly. The location is right next to the snow monkey park. Would recommend this hotel to any friends visiting Nagano.
Relaxing stay at a beautiful hotel
10.0We had an amazing and relaxing 2 night stay here. Our room had a beautiful view of the mountains. The staff were very kind and helpful, and the Kaiseki meals and breakfasts were great (and huge). The public and private onsens were really nice, and not crowded at all possibly because we visited during the summer. Great location to visit the snow monkey park!

10.0Was a most wonderful and relaxing experience. Only the fact that the indoor pool is closed for the whole month of June was disappointing.
