5.0We were disappointed with our honeymoon stay. Unfortunately, there was no honeymoon recognition at all—no discount, no upgrade, and not even a small gesture to make our stay feel special. That said, the room was excellent, the location is beautiful, and we really enjoyed that part of our stay. We would also like to thank the housekeeping and maintenance staff. They worked very hard, kept everything spotless, and were always incredibly friendly and kind. However, we believe the restaurant and service staff would benefit from better training in table etiquette and guest service. The overall service did not meet the standards we expected from a hotel of this level. We hope the hotel takes this feedback on board and improves the experience for future guests. Palissandre

10.0Le Palissandre est un établissement connu à Madagascar avec ces deux hôtels, à Tana et celui-ci à Morondava. La localisation est très agréable, un peu éloignée du centre ville bouillonnant, l'environnement est calme et majestueux. Le personnel est gentil, accueillant et professionnel. Le propriétaire est très gentil et impliqué. Les repas sont savoureux et adaptés au public varié. Les services sont très agréables : avec deux grandes piscines, celle du matin et celle de l'après-midi, c'est une option sympathique pour ceux et celles qui ne sont pas forcément plage. Les massages sont fabuleux ! C'est un très bel endroit !
