This was a very disappointing experience. The cleanliness was unacceptable, the room was much smaller than expected, and

− The room is far too expensive for what it offers. It was extremely dirty, the floor was covered in dust, and the balcony was even worse. I honestly don’t understand how housekeeping could leave the room in such a poor condition. The room itself was very small, with only enough space for the bed and a TV cabinet. I specifically booked a Golf View room, but I couldn’t even see the golf course because the view was blocked by a roof outside. It felt like I paid extra for nothing. To make matters worse, the air conditioner was leaking throughout my stay. For RM550 per night, I expected much better. This room didn’t even have a proper wardrobe, just a simple hanging rail. Honestly, it felt more like a budget hotel worth RM100–RM150 per night. At rm550 per night price, many other hotels offer spacious, clean rooms with a proper balcony, a sofa, a wardrobe, and complete amenities.

8.0Good location near the golf course. Large room but a bit aged and bare. Breakfast with a small selection of western food but opening rather early by local standard, which is good when you are birdwatching.
