8.0originalité , l'accueil très sympa , situation au coeur d'un village typiquement italien, le personnel très agréable, les repas petit déjeuner comme diner du soir excellent bref un endroit très chouette

Disappointing, room uncomfortably hot, felt like management did not care at all.
5.0The room was spacious.
− The air conditioning did not work in our room, it was uncomfortably hot. We told the front desk, they were not able to do anything. They eventually brought us a small box fan which helped a little, but not much. We were supposed to stay two nights, but checked out early due to the lack of air conditioning. The hotel refused to refund us for the 2nd night, which seemed unreasonable. In addition to the lack of air-conditioning, the shower valve didn’t work properly, the water was too hot and you couldn’t turn it down, so I couldn’t shower. So much for the idea of a cool shower to cool down. We also ran out of toilet paper, there were no spare rolls. And they had zero drinking water in the room. No coffee or tea making facilities either. Breakfast was also rather mediocre. Definitely would not recommend.
