10.0Kakitangan sangat ramah dan sedia membantu sekiranya diperlukan, kemudahan lift tiada dan agak sukar bagi membawa bag ke level 3 dan perlu melalui tangga yg sedikit kecil dari ground floor ke level 1. Kawasan strategik dan terdapat banyak kemudahan disekitar lokasi, so sar okay sahaja berbaloi dengan wang dikeluarkan. Tidak mengesyorkan untuk menginap disini sekiranya anda membawa ayah atau ibu yang agak berusia untuk menginap.
− Tangga dari ground floor ke aras 1 agak sempit dan sukar untuk membawa bagasi keatas, parkir agak sukar sekiranya lewat daftar masuk kerana kebanyakan parkir telah diwartakan "khas" untuk kedai-kedai dikawasan sekitar hotel.
