− רמת האוכל והשתיה. חוסר תחזוקה בחדרים. ותקלות בחדרים . במיזוג ובאמבט. ורמת שירות ורמת אדיבות צוות הקבלה לא באמת טוב. חיוכים מאולצים לא עושים את העבודה.

− Плохая еда не вкусная, еще и отравились, далеко пляж от отеля. После 22:00 уже не чего не найдешь перекусить, кроме сладостей.
