10.0Everything here was amazing, from initial communication to leaving early in the morning with a lovely gift from the hotel. The staff are so lovely friendly and helpful. They organised our trip for us and it was an amazing experience. The rooms were beautiful and spotlessly clean, the beds were very comfortable we slept very well. If we return to Quito we will definitely stay here again. Best hotel in Quito
