A Hotel I'd Definitely Stay At Again
8.0A clean and elegant hotel with friendly, attentive staff. I first stayed here during COVID, so I didn't get to enjoy many of the facilities. This time, it was a completely different experience. The amenities are excellent, and the garden is beautiful. I really enjoyed my stay.

10.0What a gem!! 2 families travelling together as a group of 10. (KIDS Aged 3-20) Great location, super clean and great sky bar pool area! We had lots of inclusions in our booking such as foot massages for adults, breakfast and dinner! Made it hard to leave! What made this hotel though was the exceptional customer service. By far the best we have experienced in Vietnam in 3 weeks- Quan and Tony went above and beyond helping us. Always smiling. Offering genuine tips and advice and entertaining toddler while we were organising things with reception etc. There is a gym which was great for early morning risers like myself to avoid waking the whole family! Cannot recommend this hotel more highly. We have decided to return for 1 more night at the end of our stay!

10.0Excellent hotel in a great location with easy access to major attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Service was outstanding throughout my stay, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The team's attention to detail and genuine hospitality made my visit truly memorable. Highly recommended, and I would gladly stay here again.
