4.0Its hardly a 3 star hotel. Not even close to a 4 star.

2.0The hotel is a really a "place from hell". First, the photos you see do not match the actual by a wide margin, so it starts on a false note. The rooms are smelly and even basic amenities like a table is replaced by a stool. The front desk is almost non-functional and it is difficult to converse in Hindi or English wiht most of them. The food options are extremely limited in room service and the breakfast in the morning either does not start on time or if you are an hour late is cold or finished and you again wait. in summary a hopelessly mismanaged, poorly staffed, highly disorganized, rubbish hotel.

8.0Location is very good quite close to some good restaurants and water front. Staff is amazing everyone is so cheerful and helpful. Service level of the staff is excellent. Hotel lacks car parking although lots of on street parking available but tend to get busy during the day and in the evening. It also hasn’t got the swimming pool but Goa has some amazing beaches

Comfortable stay in central Panjim
10.0We stayed at this hotel for the second time. This is no doubt one of the best choices in central Panjim. The hotel itself is nice and clean, rooms feature all amenities like TV, AC, a small refrigerator, hot & cold water, cupboard and comfy beds. The biggest advantage of this hotel is proximity to market place in Panjim. Everything can be accessed walking from restaurants to shopping. Staff at the reception is cooperative and helpful and room service is quick and decent.

8.0The hotel is in a great area. The doorman is so helpful and caring. We were in a room right next to the staircase,the noise from people talking made it impossible to sleep.
