2.0I stayed at the Roadway Inn in Benton Arkansas on Thursday 9/18/25. It was a terrible experience. The front lobby was a mess and reeked of a foul stench along with the hallway leading to my room and my room as well. I went to the front desk and ask the clerk if she had a can of disinfectant spray. Unbelievably she did and now I know why. I sprayed my entire room down. The towels smelled of the same foul stench that the room smelled of. Not clean at all. Very filthy. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels and motels, but this was by far the worst. When I turned in my room key to the owner at the front desk this morning I told him that the City of Benton in Arkansas health department needs to shut him down. I want a refund on my card please.

2.0I was not able to stay at this place because they would not accept my registered service dog. The people at hotels.com and the man behind the counter at the motel assured me I could get a full refund which I could not so I would not use this service and I would not book at this motel
Disappointed
4.0The room appeared to be clean but there were bugs. They were in the refrigerator, bathtub, on top of the dresser etc. The bed was not very comfortable. The desk person was very pleasant, but we won't stay there again. Just once I wish the pictures they show you when you are looking for a hotel were true to the hotel. We won't stay there again.
