− Anularon mi reserva sin previo aviso a pesar de que estabamos en comunicación de mi llegada, mandaron un mensaje de que ya no iban a atender y de ahi no mas me contestaron. Me entere al llegar al lugar que encima era oscuro y peligroso, menos mal que tenia movilidad propia, si no mi familia se hubiera encontrado expuesta. Totalmente falta de empatia y responsabilidad de estas personas.
