kitchen, location

− The lady working on the reception was unpolite and rude. walls were very ugly and dirty with oily marks and holes. door from bathroom was broken, dirthy tovels and bed sheets. overpriced for that service.

Posizione e staff

− La stanza aveva un cattivo odore e gli asciugamani e le lenzuola presentavano peli e capelli. Lo staff ha provveduto a sostituirli ma la pulizia in generale non era ottimale

Close to the venue and train station

− Very basic, bed was not comfortable, pricy

The lcoation was good as 7 mins walk to Olympia but would not recomend to corporate clients

I though did not hear any outside noise (like traffic) so the windows were doubleglazed. There were 2 types of pillow which was good to have a choice. I liked the touch bedside lights.

− The rooms were not sound proofed and very close together. I could hear a person brushing their teeth and thought they were in the same room as me. Which woke me up and I was worried a person had come into my room. The first night there was a person on the phone, it was after 11pm and so loud the conversation I coulnt go to sleep. The 2nd night a family arrived after 10pm and moved in next door, the kids were running around the corridors, the doors were opening and closing, the lift was being used a lot. there was a lot of noise and again it felt like they were inside my room as there was no soundproofing. On the ceiling there was a massive stain like there had been a flood upstairs which made me feel uneasy. In the bathroom there was no shelf or place to put your toiletries so had to put in the kitchen. which was a shame as the bathroom was a decent size with a massive mirror but if they had put a mirrored cabinet with shelves it would have been better or at least a unit under the sink to store things. I think there was a topper on the mattress but it didnt fully cover the bed soI felt I was sleeping on a slope. I put a chair against the door as felt like the other guests were so close they literally could have been in my room.

Prima hotel qua kamer en personeel, maar er is zeker ruimte voor verbetering op het gebied van comfort en hygiëne.

Het hotel was eenvoudig, maar prima, met vriendelijk personeel. De familiekamer was erg fijn, omdat je apart van elkaar kon slapen, maar toch in dezelfde kamer verbleef.

− De thermostaat sprong steeds terug naar 23 graden. Ondanks dat we deze zelf op 18 graden instelden, werd het vooral ‘s nachts erg warm doordat de receptie de temperatuur aanpaste. Het personeel leek niet te begrijpen dat dit ook invloed had op onze kamer. Daarnaast was de ventilatie erg stoffig en gaf deze aan dat het filter vervangen moest worden. Ook zat er schimmel in de douche.

L’emplacement est dans un quartier agréable.

− Le lit supplémentaire n’était pas très confortable. Il n’y avait pas de réelle fenêtre, elle donnait sur un mur qui cachait la lumière.
