− Hot tub didn't heat up or bubble, outside bar was closed 90% of the time, restaurant was closed 1 day with the bar being closed to, didn't like that had to pay $85 for parking wasn't aware until we checked in

10.0The outdoor area has a very warming atmosphere. Close enough to the pool and right beside the playground. Overall excellent for families traveling with children and pets.

7.0The front desk clerk was super nice and friendly. I enjoyed how I was able to walk right out to the beach, the fact that there was a restaurant downstairs which made it convenient for eating, the tiki bar was a plus.
− My only issue was that the room had roaches. I killed one the night we arrived and didn’t think too much of it however the next morning I killed 5. I did let the front desk know about this. But this would be my only complaint.
