− Le hace falta dar un repaso a los baños, el techo tiene humedades, la puerta del armario no se abre bien, manchas de bichos en las paredes. Bueno haría falta dar un repaso para que la estancia sea más cómoda

− la colazione scarsa e la pulizia. Nel complesso ok ma tanti dettagli come macchie sul muro o umidità nella camera del settimo piano o lo sporco nell'ascensore stonano con la struttura dell'hotel e l'immagine che vuole dare

6.0− ¿Cómo pueden estar en el linde de la zona de bajas emisiones de Bilbao, a una calle de distancia básicamente, saber que vamos en coche (reservamos el parking del hotel con antelación) y no avisarnos de que calles no podíamos transitar y que nos podía caer una multa, como así ha sido? ¿Qué clase de hotel no tiene esa precaución o deferencia hacia sus huéspedes?
