10.0Yvonne was so helpful and accommodating - my train was late in to Kendal, but it wasn't a problem and she made sure I had everything I needed for when I arrived. The Guest House was clean, welcoming and full of character (I loved my welcome crossword!) and the next morning, Yvonne was so friendly and welcoming - 10/10, I'll definitely be back!

Perfect location, brilliant host
10.0Lovely location overlooking the river and just a short walk into town. Free on street parking with no issues Yvonne was a great host couldn’t be more helpful and really looked after us. Perfect spot and will definitely book again. Thank you for a lovely stay 😀
