6.0We’ve been to Jamaica before and absolutely loved it, mainly bc of how fun and friendly the staff was. This was not the case at this resort. Some were very rude. If you don’t have cash on hand (while in your bath suit) be prepared to be ignored or scowled at. The one time I did bring cash down to tip, it was stolen within the hour. And the cleanliness was not great at all.

10.0This resort is very organized and we enjoyed every day from sunrise to sunset. If you’re wanting a quieter experience I would not recommend Saturday for an arrival. Saturday afternoon is a big party and is really fun especially for young adults. Every evening was filled with entertainment. From bingo to silent disco (my favorite) to musical theatrical such as drums were above and beyond our expectations. Truly enjoyable. The food at the buffet and Asian restaurants were our favorite. The steakhouse restaurant was not very good. Something with the quality of the meat because it was very chewy and unflavored. Outside of the buffet all of the restaurants had horrible desserts. Overall from sunrise to sunset we enjoyed it all. Thank you to all of the staff.
