− I usually find something I don't like -- here that was impossible. Everything was great!
We had a wonderful time enjoying the restaurants and bars in Covington and will come back and stay again soon!

8.0− Security was questionable appeared anyone could enter the hotel and key card access was not required for elevator. Some doors were zip tied so they didn’t latch or lock
Excellent stay and we loved all the Staff recommendations!
10.0All the Staff was very helpful with recommendations for sightseeing around Covington & Cincinnati. The room was beautiful, the property has an elegant bar area inside and outside Terrace. We requested shuttle service to and from the Hofbrau House in Newport and they were able to provide the ride. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you so very much.
