− Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel. The location is excellent, with shops, restaurants, and attractions nearby. The rooms were clean, and the hotel itself is in a good area. Unfortunately, the service completely ruined our experience. The staff were often rude, disrespectful, and seemed annoyed whenever we asked for something. Instead of making guests feel welcome, they often acted as if helping us was a burden. Because of this, I didn’t feel comfortable asking questions or reporting problems. On the very first day, my bikini disappeared from my room. After I reported it and later returned to my room, it had suddenly reappeared. This made me feel very uncomfortable and worried about leaving my belongings in the room. The housekeeping was also inconsistent. Our room was not always cleaned, even when we requested it. For the price we paid, we expected much better service. Another disappointing experience happened around lunchtime. My friend and I wanted something small to eat and asked if we could have some bread or anything simple. We even said that we were happy to pay for it. However, the staff refused to prepare anything for us and simply said they could not give us any food. As paying hotel guests, we expected much better customer service. The restaurant service on the terrace was also disappointing. We wanted to eat on the terrace, but the staff refused to bring our food upstairs. We had to carry everything ourselves and were even told to bring the dishes back downstairs afterwards. That is not the level of service I expect from a hotel. The biggest disappointment was the laundry service. We gave our dirty clothes to the hotel to be washed, and two pairs of my friend’s trousers disappeared. Losing guests’ belongings is completely unacceptable. It is a shame because the location is really great and the rooms were clean.

The breakfast was great and the rooftop pool is the main highlight of the property. It is great.
