8.0The decoration of public bathhouse is retro style which is very attractive. The room is clean and bed is comfortable. However, the front desk staff was unprofessional due to check-in process was a bit confusing.

8.0朝食がとても美味しかったです。 ちょっとデザートは少なかったですが、とにかく美味しかったです。 足が悪く長時間歩けない母を連れての宿泊だったので車椅子を館内お借りしました。 食事やお風呂に行くのにとても便利でした。 前もって電話をして車椅子の予約をしたのですが、その時の電話の方はすごく気持ちの良い対応をしてくださったのに、実際行ってのカウンターの方の対応は機械的な感じでした。 ちょっと残念でした。 あとお風呂に背もたれのあるシャワーチェアなどがあると良かったです。最近のホテルで置いてあるところもあり、とても助かったので検討していただきたいなぁと思いました。 外での車椅子を調べて借り、近くの大通り公園まで行くこともできて、久々の外出に母も喜んでくれました。 帰省しての親孝行ができ、私もとても楽しい思い出となりました。 機会があればまた宿泊させていただきたいです。 ありがとうございました。
