2.0Pésimo servicio. No respetaron la.habitación reservada, me.ofrecían una habitación que no cubría mis necesidades, no ofrecieron alternativas, por lo que me retiré del hotel. Nunca pienso regresar a ese hotel.
Luxurious hotel, needs better management
6.0I would like to give this hotel a wonderful review. It is an amazing hotel but needs many improvements. There was no one at the front desk when we arrived. I walked around for 6-8 minutes before someone arrived. They didn't seem to be expecting us. Our room, a suite, was not prepared. It was dirty and had dirty dishes in the sink. The hotel really is an amazing place and the staff was friendly.

8.0While this hotel is a little out of town, it is an amazing place. Elegant and beautiful, it is reminiscent of a by-gone era that reflects quality and syle. It is well worth a stay and walk around to check out the art everywhere. If wifi is important be aware that it is inconsistent and food options are mainly in Saltillo. Don't let those small details deter you.
