I have traveled the world, 64 countries & counting and have never had such a beautiful & unique experience as I did at Il Moran. The land and animals of the Masai are breathtaking, but the dedication & service of EACH & EVERY employee at Il Moran make Il Moran Governors Camp what it is and exemplify the hard work, love & spirit of the Kenyan people. I will be recommending Il Moran to everyone I know. A tip, when you visit, bring extra cash to tip ALL of the staff at Il Moran because each one will leave an impression on your heart!

4.0まず最初に、ホテル自体は完璧です。プロ意識の高い親切なスタッフの完璧なサービス、豪華で美味しい料理、サバンナのど真ん中に柵も無くたたずむ自然と一体化したテント。どのテントに泊っても、完璧な滞在ができる、そんな素晴らしいホテルです。 しかし残念なことに、ホテルに行くまで、そして滞在後にとても残念で不快な思いをしました。 それは予約スタッフの対応が最悪だったからです。 料金体系の分かりにくい説明、非協力的な対応、自分の決められた仕事以外はしたくないという後ろ向きな姿勢、客を見下した態度、それはもはや日本人への差別とも受け取れるような態度ですらありました。 そのおかげでexpediaなどの色々なところに自分で電話をかけて確認をとることになり、あまりに膨大かつ余計な時間と体力を浪費させられました。 彼女をクビにしない限り、最高の滞在は保証されないでしょう。
