8.0We loved the man who helped us out at the front desk to upgrade our room, which was beautiful! The facilities were clean, easy access to the pool, and attendants were able to be reached for assistance.

5.0Good location and easy access to the beach, they gave us beach chairs, towels, and a umbrella to use.
− It smelled weird inside the hotel, especially in the lobby, also the ac in the room was loud.
It was average.
5.0− Our 4pm guarantee check in time was NOT honored. We had to stand at the front desk to make sure to stay on top of us getting our room. The staff was not concerned. This was our hotel of choice for the past few years. Not sure if we will be staying there next year. Very expensive and rooms are the same as any other hotel - hotel is getting run down for the price you pay.
I would stay here again the rooms and views were amazing and so close to the beach.
