Fantastisk - vil anbefale dette Onsen til ALLE!
10.0Smukke omgivelser , med en brusende flod løbende ved siden af resortet. Man bliver mødt af et meget smilende personale , der er utrolig hjælpsomme. Dem vi mødte var gode til engelsk. Onsen , særligt badende udenfor , var skønne! Vi oplevede dem både dag og aften. Om aftenenen var det helt særligt stemningsfyldt i badende , der var oplyst . Udover det der fyrværkeri. Aftenbuffetten var der alt tænkeligt, både til børn og voksne. Det samme om morgenen. Som “vesterlænding” i Onsen i Japan , vidste vi ikke at det var kønsopdelt og at man badede nøgen. Det var intet problem , men lige til at starte med, skulle vi lige vende os til det :-)

8.0the room was gigantic, with a whole sitting room, and a lot of amenities included like drinks, tea bags etc. the private onsen bath was big too and very relaxing. the hot/cold water for the onsen was easy to operate. the breakfast buffet is good and varied.
− there was some mold around the private onsen bath, and in general there was a bit of a moldy odor in the room. dinner at the hotel buffet was not as good as breakfast and not worth the extra 6600 yen per person, however the hotel is far away from other restaurants, and only a few of them are open late, which i assume ends up forcing many guests to eat in the hotel.

− Stanza grande ma con bagno piccolo e scomodo, lenzuola e cuscini non piacevoli, materassi scomodi. Pulizia scarsa (ad esempio finestre e infissi). Per la prima volta dopo un mese di viaggio in Hokkaido, quando abbiamo detto che non occorrevano le pulizie del giorno dopo, non ci hanno portato via la spazzatura e nemmeno cambiato gli asciugamani bagnati. Alla reception personale scostante. La sala ristorazione è sempre troppo affollata: o perché c’è molta gente (ad esempio nel weekend) o perché riducono troppo gli orari (esempio: lunedì colazione 7,30/8,30. Domenica cena 18/20).La descrizione su Booking non corrisponde al vero; ad esempio il ristorante è uno solo, self service. Bambini chiassosi ovunque (possono andare anche nell' onsen) e nessuno dice nulla, purtroppo. 😣
