Second visit as good as last year
10.0I do not intend to write war and peace again that can be found in my previous review last year. This will be a short updated review. Nothing has changed dramatically. The resort and staff are fantastic. The food, beverage and entertainment are still good therefore no reduction in standards. We were fortunate to be there when the resort put on a Bavarian night that was out of this world. Took the multitude of staff 2 days to prepare and set up and the resort was back to normal overnight. Absolutely outstanding work. I don’t often return 3 years in a row to the same resort but I have already booked for Sept 2026. Useful tip for the Brits is to get an airport transfer to resort. Well worth the money and gets you in resort in time for dinner. Check my other review for the transfer details. Rob

8.0We recently stayed at TUI Magic Life Masmavi, and while our trip started with some disappointment due to a mistake made by the travel agent regarding the type of room we booked, the hotel staff truly turned things around for us.A huge thank you to Ulas, the Guest Service Manager, and Rezan, the Front Desk Manager, for their exceptional service and hospitality. They went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home and worked hard to provide us with a room that met our expectations. Their dedication made all the difference in our stay.The hotel itself is wonderful, with great facilities, delicious food, and a relaxing atmosphere. Thanks to the helpful and friendly staff, we ended up having a fantastic holiday and left with happy memories. We highly recommend TUI Magic Life Masmavi and are grateful for the incredible service we received. Thank you again, Ulas and Rezan!
