7.0Clean, met our needs for basic stay. Had microwave, fridge and coffee maker.
I won't recommend the place.
6.0The place is good but furnitures are old and not clean. Bed pillows and the bed are not comfortable.
− The breakfast was not good at all. The chairs and tables are so aged and broken. They don't even have a good garbage bin in the parking lot.
Worst hotel in Corning . Do not book
1.0Nothing. This place should shut down. It doesn’t meet hotels expectations. Vents are full of bugs poop. Bed had yellow stains all over it. I mean this place was awful. Holes in the wall. I would not recommend anyone to stay there. TVs don’t work either remotes are sticky. I had to sleep with a gull mask on and hoodie and socks and pants, so I can avoid getting bit by bed bugs if they were any. 100 percent I would not recommend this.

− everything was as expected, for the price you are paying. I highly recommend this place.....remote TV control was broken ( literally) but in working condition(not a big deal)

5.0convenient and quiet location (there are grocery stores like walmart, aldi nearby, fast food restaurants). free parking.
− Very tiny room for 4 people (2 adults, 2 kids), narrow queen beds. Poor breakfast (thanks god we had our own ingredients to make a sandwiches, otherwise there is nothing to eat). Coffee ok. Tiny breakfast room, not enough space for guests. They don't have washer dryer machine. I wanted to dry our swimsuits and towels, but the reception guy told me they don't have dryer machine.

2.0− I didn’t like where the property was located. It’s much more geared for construction workers and people who are just staying for work and are going to be in and out.
