9.0いいところがたくさんありました。 設備が整っており、食器や調理用具等特に持ち込むものがなく、荷物が少なくすみ良かったです。 また、BBQの火おこしや火やコンロの片付けを全て、スタッフの方がやってくださったのは、とても助かりました。 室内は清潔で広くてよかったです。 スタッフの方がとても感じが良く、チェックインする前に冷房を入れてお部屋を冷やしてくださっていて、気配りがとても嬉しかったです。 今回初めて利用しましたが、河口湖方面に行くときはまた泊まりたいです。素敵な思い出ができました。ありがとうございました。

10.0We had a wonderful stay at this villa. The property was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The hosts were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location was also convenient, with easy access and ample parking. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and we would happily stay here again.

10.0スタッフの方が親切で、事前に床暖房を入れてくれたり、チェックアウトの後写真を撮ってくれたりしました。また、設備も申し分なく、お皿やカトラリー、コップもきれいですし、オーブントースターや電子レンジも使えるので、夜と朝の分は近くのスーパーで買ったものを温めて食べました。 アメニティもホテルに普通にあるものは、すべてありました。
− バルコニーから富士山が見えるかなと思っていたのですが、見えない方の建物でした。でも、外に出てすぐに大きい富士山がどーんと見えます。
