Great place to stay with a complimentary breakfast
10.0Stayed at Jays Guest House which was near to the city centre, 10-15 min walk. Anna and her husband were welcoming and friendly hosts and very attentive. The communication was great. There was free parking which took away the stress of parking in the street. The complimentary breakfast was a love touch.
Excellent hosts
10.0We stayed at Jay Jays as our ferry was delayed due to weather. It was a last minute booking. The accommodation and service were excellent. Ideally located to walk into town, dog friendly and scrambled eggs for breakfast. We would definitely stay here again if travelling through.

10.0Obviously someone has gone to a lot of trouble to make this B+B attractive and welcoming. Situated on a corner plot on a busy road, well signposted, as is the off street parking. Very good video describing access procedure and breakfasting facilities. A nice homely feel to the property. Our room had everything one would expect. Including information about local facilities and places of interest. Snug en-suite shower for the single user only! My only issue was with the running time of the extractor fan, which went on for ages. I was also aware of the motion activated light in the hallway, going on and off throughout the night. These are minor niggles, totally cancelled out by the friendly welcome and excellent hosting skills. Plus ,we were expecting a self serve continental breakfast but were offered and enjoyed a very nice cooked option. Would happily stay here again.
Perfect stay for weekend stay in Aberdeen
10.0A perfect stay for us spending a couple of nights in Aberdeen with our dog. Great location from city centre and beach. Hosts couldn’t do enough for you from arrival through stay to leaving. Comfortable, clean and self service kitchen works well. Lovely seating area also to chill. Thoroughly recommend at very reasonable cost.
