6.0Spacious, warm apartment and the hot pool, gym, carparking and location were great.
− More cleaning required in kitchen. Oven/oven trays had caked-on grease and hadn't been cleaned for a long time, the pan for the egg poacher had food remnant burnt on, the left-hand sink was blocked/slow flowing so we bought a plunger and unblocked it, the basins had big hole into the drain where the pop-up fitted plug used to be and some of the bedroom wardrobes had limited space as spare bedding was stored there.
