False advertising with miss information on what you get for your money.
3.0The room was comfortable enough and a decent bed.
− Very misleading and disappointing, there are 50% of the reviews saying how great the breakfast was and how much they enjoyed the buffet breakfast set up and there are pictures of the breakfast tables played out and even a statue of a chef saying good morning. This was the main reason for selecting this hotel over other choices and paying more than I could have done elsewhere. Then turned up to find out they don't do breakfast! That is very much a questionable misleading advertisement of what is on offer. I was disgusted.

5.0− New owners just recently took over my telly did not work and the alarm went off at about 11.30 and was going off for about an hour also heating was turned down to 16 degrees at night so it was cold in the room shame really as it has fabulous reviews with the old owners
