1.0I booked a family house for my family, and upon arrival I was informed that the room I booked was already occupied by someone else. I was told that the property does not know how Booking.com allowed this booking to go through. This situation is unacceptable, as I made the booking in good faith based on the confirmed reservation. The inconvenience and disruption caused to my family is significant. Given that the accommodation provided did not match what was booked, I believe I am entitled to a partial (or full) refund and would appreciate this matter being resolved urgently.
