2.0Cuando llegamos, la persona que supuestamente debía estar en la oficina, estaba en un bar cercano tomando cervezas. Tuvimos que ir a ese bar para preguntar si sabían quién era la persona responsable de este motel. Cuando por fin conseguimos hacer el Check-in, esta persona nos dijo que podía haber insectos en la habitación porque habían estado haciendo reparaciones de fontanería recientemente. Efectivamente, cuando entramos, todo estaba lleno de cucarachas (baño, habitación, etc.) Cuando volvimos a la oficina, esta persona ya había cerrado (se supone que hay atención 24 horas). Decidimos irnos de allí y buscar otro motel en la misma localidad. El Motel Imperial 400 Motor Inn es una auténtica MIERDA. Es un lugar SUCIO y lleno de CUCARACHAS. ¡NO VAYÁIS!

4.0We found dead bugs in the bathtub and live ones I had to crush. The floor was not that clean with no attention to details. The whole room plus bed was outdated.
