Hotel closed down-do not book it!
2.0The hotel had closed down more than a week before we arrived.There was no one at the place when we arrived there. Another couple of guests also turned up at the same time. I had already paid through hotels.com but still I received no notification of this and had to book another hotel quickly at great expense. I am still waiting for Hotels.com to refund me.

2.0No heating it was broken given a heater that kept tripping the electric so it was freezing we had no television and could not make ourseleves a cup of tea in the morning
