Dozens of ants on the pillows, and no apologies.
2.0The location was fine.
− First of all, there were dozens of ants on my pillow and bed sheet on the 1st and 2nd day. They sent a cleaning lady and it got a lot better starting from the 3rd day, but, the on going lack of sleep, stress, unpleasant communications ruined my precious vacation time, energy and money. I sent photos to show several ants being on my pillow, and the property owner lady replied, "That's normal!" Secondly, I had requested to leave my luggages there to go out till check in time since I arrive early in the morning. When I arrived, no one was there. I sent messages every few minutes, but, they weren't read for over 30 minutes. one of the owners finally read them and showed up, but, I had to just stand in front of the property for over an hour... no apologies on both occasions. They were the ones raising voices at me, while I kept calm and professional. They wouldn't talk much when I call them or message them. They reached me through the cleaning lady's phone while she was around to raise voice at me. I asked why she was raising voice at me on this incident when an apology would be the first thing to do. and she said, "Ok, I can say I am sorry." still with an angry voice. I have never experienced anything like this before.
