10.0Everything was good, Probably need to do some maintenance on decks. So rotten wood etc…. But maintenance man was a very friendly guy and great to visit with. New fish cleaning house is Al ost top of the line. However they should add plug in on there over flow parking so you can plug a boat in to charge.
