2.0Old property in need of update. Very run down. No kettle, one large towel each. Poor shower. Deposit box took half an hour for staff to manage to reopen. No breakfast despite reviews of it. Noisy old aircon.

6.0I stayed here for one night while on a two-week self-driving road trip that included Chiang Rai, Chiang Mai, Lampang, and Nan. I chose this accommodation because it had ample parking and good reviews. It’s a typical Asian city-center-style budget hotel. Unfortunately, the property is old, dated, and needs renovation. However, the room and bathroom were large, comfortable, and reasonably clean. The refrigerator, air conditioning, hot water, and wi-fi worked well. The bedding was okay, the towels appeared to be new. At a walk-in rate of 550 THB, I thought it was a good deal. Breakfast was included as well but it was a typical local style.

Modern and a real Bargain
8.0Nice, large room ,well maintained. TV has some Thai channels of no interest. Bed very comfortable and location is quiet and close to restaurants. Breakfast is Asian style but quite good. Friendly receptionist. This place is a bargain - grab it.
