A acomodação é excelente, com localização privilegiada, próxima à rua principal (Caracoles). As áreas comuns são muito agradáveis, bem cuidadas e conservadas. A receptividade e o atendimento dos funcionários são um grande diferencial: todos muito simpáticos, atenciosos e prestativos. Dependendo da quantidade de diárias, é oferecido serviço de lavanderia gratuitamente, um benefício bastante conveniente. Além disso, o restaurante do hotel foi um dos melhores que experimentei durante a viagem, com pratos muito bem executados e saborosos. Vale muito a pena conhecer. Observação: para pagamento em dinheiro, leve cédulas em perfeito estado, pois qualquer sinal de desgaste ou imperfeição é motivo de recusa.

− O banheiro possui apenas uma folha de vidro no box, e o chuveiro encontrava-se um pouco solto, fazendo com que a água caísse de forma irregular e atingisse parcialmente a área externa do box. E a piscina não é aquecida.

Service staff, including housekeepers, were very friendly and attentive. The restaurant serves very good food for dinner, and has a good wine list.

− The front desk staff are a glum and morose group. They do not smile or welcome you during check in or as you enter/leave the lobby. They are busy staring at their computers and are not the least bit helpful. The one exception was a gentleman by the name of Franklin. The rest of the staff could sure use a few lessons in customer service from him. I paid for a deluxe room, and the room was very compact and tiny. I was there during the winter, and the heating was good. I noticed the room does not have A/C, so it must be unbearable in the summer months

The Hotel Don Tomas "El Refugio" is truly a refuge of calm and elegance.

what breakfast is simple but good. No complaints and the waitstaff is very good and pleasant.

− The bathrooms have an odd peeping tom element that my wife would have hated if she had been with me. They will close it up for you if you are concerned, but it is still odd.

A acomodação foi perfeita em todos os sentidos. Principalmente a limpeza dos quartos com roupa de cama ótima. Café da manhã muito bom e jantar no hotel é uma boa opção depois dos tours cansativos. Funcionários gentis e atenciosos. Foi a melhor opção em San Pedro.
