客室内の改善を
6.0生命保険の契約割引で安く宿泊させてもらいましたが、定価で考えると同額程度のホテルと比較し特にアメニティー類が貧弱な感じでした。風呂用タオルはヨレヨレで、温泉がウリなら新品のロゴ入りタオル等つけてくれたら持って帰ってお土産にもなるかと。また室内に残溜まっている生活臭は仕方無いとして、今やどの宿泊施設にもある消臭スプレーが無かったり、ベッドのマットが結構固かったりと、もう少し室内を改善すればと思います。宿泊が別館でしたので本館は違うかもしれませんが。

10.0四国お遍路さんにとって癒しのお宿です。一部リニューアルしていましたがいつ行っても癒されます。
ほっとするホテル
8.0部屋もきれいで、コインランドリーの設備もあり、とても 助かりました。食事は、おいしかったのですが、朝食も和食で、和食に飽きていたので、パンなどの選択があると有り難い。
