5.0− El staff del Hotel utilizó los datos de la tarjeta de crédito con la que se hizo la reservación para hacer una compra en amazon, al reclamar nadie respondió y solamente se recibieron excusas de su parte. Desaparecieron algunas pertenencias de los huespedes de mi grupo y tampoco se recibió una respuesta de parte del staff.

Great service, Comfortable room, Great food
10.0Reservation was for my disabled mother who utilizes a wheelchair and it hard of hearing. She sais she had the best staff, always helpful even when getting in her Uber when the driver didnt want to help with her wheelchair. I really felt they took care of her and we will be going back in the future. The food was great too and the prices. The room was clean and comfortable. later my aunt joined and was able to share the room with my mom for a reasonable fee. We are definitely going back.
