It was easy to collect the keys we had the code sent to us for the lockbox

− There were a few issues that could be improved. The bath in the main bedroom was unusable due to problems with the taps and drainage. We also experienced power trips when cooking, particularly when the lights were on, which made it difficult to prepare larger meals. For a villa of this size, it would be expected that the oven and hob could be used at the same time without electrical issues.

The villa and its surrounding gardens are a really good size amd beautiful. We travelled as a family of 8 (4 children and 4 adults) and there was more than enough room for us all to be there and not feel OK top of each other. The pool was checked regularly and cleaned while we stayed, and although not a heated pool, was never cold, and was played in all day. We didn't really use the jacuzzi but it was clean and warm. Kitchen was well equipped and there was a large fridge freezer which is very helpful for guests as well as a washing machine. We were greeted by message from owner with clear instructions for when we arrived, and when we ran into problem locating the villa in the dark, he was immediately on hand to help. He was also quick to respond throughout our stay and very welcoming and friendly. And with our flight being in the evening, he allowed us to depart in the afternoon, which was an amazing help. For us, the location of the villa was perfect, far enough out the way to be away from the hustle and bustle, but located perfectly to major roads to be able to travel where we wanted to visit. We hired a car which I think would be essential for the villa unless you didn't plan to explore much.

− We thought the cleaners could pay a little more attention to overall cleanliness. We had to mop the floors the morning after arriving because they were really dirty and dusty. The plug in the showers and bathrooms are gross, too. While we understand that the dust in the leisure area is from the mountains and wind, it was very obvious that the area wasn't cleaned often at all. We stayed 10 days and we had to clean our own bedding, but there also wasn't any spare sheets and could do with a few spare extra pillows.
