10.0Good communication, price, location. Didn't meet owner but communicated well through WhatsApp. No issues. Personal room have key and you have enough privacy. Best value for money compared to price for bed in hostels.
− Also can leave luggage after checkout in the hallway (sadly only secured through 1st door/ no personal locker available). Left it there for 6hours after checkout no problem.
Great value stay close to Roma Termini. Would stay again.

− The dirtiness of the location walking from the train station. It was my first time to Rome and I was expecting it to look way cleaner than what it was. The rubbish and graffiti around the area was terrible I felt for a first world European city.
