Horrible experience
1.0Booking
− I was very disappointed with my stay. The service was poor from the moment I arrived. I requested assistance with my luggage, but no one ever came, so I had to carry everything myself. The hotel was extremely crowded, and many of the people around the property were rude. As a female traveler, I also felt very uncomfortable because people were constantly staring, which made the environment feel unwelcoming. The room was another major disappointment. The bed was very uncomfortable, and there was a strong unpleasant smell that made it difficult to sleep. Overall, this was not the experience I expected, and I would not choose to stay here again.

− موظفة الاستقبال كانت عصبية جدا ومتغطرسه كأنها تقول للنزلاء اخرجو ولا تعودو و تتعمد بطوولة انتظار لعمل جك ان والذي لطف الموقف المانيجر
