− Departamento bueno pero con falta de mantención.

8.0Bom ambiente e localização e boa estrutura do prédio e do apartamento. Acesso simplificado através de código.
− Durante a estadia, tivemos um episódio ruim ao encontrarmos uma barata morta sob o travesseiro de minha esposa. Acionei a Roomo e eles foram receptivos a reclamação, no entanto, não tinham equipe no local em tempo hábil para realizar a troca da roupa de cama. Por sorte, ao conversar com porteiro, ele nos ajudou com a roupa de cama acionando um funcionario da Roomo que tinha acabado de sair do local. Este de forma prestativa, retornou e nos conseguiu lençois limpos. Ou seja, o atendimento da Roomo não pôde resolver, mas o colega da portaria do predio resolveu. Ficamos felizes com a solução, porém, insatisfeitos com a ineficiência do modelo de atendimento.

− Tivemos um contratempo quanto ao checkout. Os funcionários fizeram uma reserva errada no nosso apartamento e tivemos um certo desgaste em ter que confirmar nossa hospedagem. E cozinha pouco equipada.

− Sem acesso à internet desde o primeiro dia em que chegamos. Estava com criança, iria utilizar o notebook, mas a internet não estava funcionando.

− Flat estava sem internet individual, após reclamação, me pediram para usar a do prédio, porém não me atendeu, recomendo verificar antes caso realmente vá precisar usar, pois é lenta e passa muito tempo sem funcionar.
