2.0We booked three rooms for our family, and unfortunately, none of them were clean upon arrival — it was a complete disappointment. Given the high temperatures in summer, we specifically chose this hotel because it offered air conditioning. However, the AC units were not functioning, and there were no fans available as an alternative. Despite raising multiple complaints, no one responded or made any effort to address the issues. The rooms were poorly maintained and not cleaned properly. For the price we paid, we expected a comfortable and decent stay, but this experience was far from that. We won’t be booking this place again.
