7.0Nice and large rooms
− Washing machine leaked (major), bathroom light didn’t work, no plug for kitchen sink. One of the curtain rods were broken. Booked for one queen/king and two singles (which is an option). We got two kings and a fold up bed in the lounge. The fold up bed was on a slope and uncomfortable. Couldn’t be slept on and had to move the thin mattress on the floor. Was very uncomfortable. On check out they wanted to charge extra for the fold out bed. After we said we hadn’t asked for a fold out bed but booked for a configuration with two single they agreed not to charge for it

The worst stay I have ever had in a hotel.Disgusting.

− I was put in room next to another guest with a dog.The owner continually yelled at the dog including 4am in the morning.Also the dog barked and I could smell excrement.
