9.0− Had the DND sign on the doorknob yet my room was made up and my sandwich bags for my skincare (for just in case they leak due to pressure in flights) were thrown away. I’d appreciate if my request is respected.

− ホテルスタッフが基本いないので、わからないことがあった場合にすぐに聞けない。QRコード読み取りでチャットになるが、夜になると返信が遅いため、あまり役に立たない。 また、トイレットペーパーの補充など依頼したことは清掃時にやってくれるが、グラスは前日使用分がそのまま放置されていた。新しいグラスに替えるなど他のホテルなら当たり前のサービスも、ここでは細かに指示しないと対応してくれない印象を受けた。

− 酒店楼层和房间的通风系统不太好，有一股霉味，浴室的淋浴莲蓬头水开到最大会自己掉下来（估计是水压过大）
