Excellent house with amazing view and really good service! We felt really welcome and our stay was perfect. The location is abit remote but the view is really rewarding!

Our rental car company would not rent us a car because they would not allow their cars on the road that Sifnos Residence was located. We found another company that would but explained that the place was on the side of a mountain and the road was extremely steep and no guard rails! I reserved the residence because it advertised that they had WiFi which they did not! Also they told us that we couldn’t do our laundry in the machine, which was also advertised. We were extremely disappointed, and since I had travel insurance we almost left. It really ruined our trip to Greece! All of our other hotels were fantastic, but this one caused us so much stress! I tried to talk to the lady, and she was so rude and unhelpful! I will never go by the advertisement again.... I will research and use word of mouth! Our friends stayed in a place in Karmes, Sifnos and we almost went to stay with them! Extremely annoyed by the whole situation! Thanks for asking!

The was a residence not a hotel. The location is off the beaten path but the owners made it easy to find it by meeting us at a crossroad, after that it was easy to find. The location offered a breathtaking view of Platis Gialos bay and beach and was withing minutes of the beach. It was also 10 minutes from the biggest town on Sifnos (Appolonia). You definitely need a rental car for this location (probably true for most of Sifnos). The owners lived in a small apartment and we stayed in the house above. The owners (Nancy and her husband) were incredibly nice, there when we needed them but not intrusive in any way. Nancy went as far as checking about local medical care when my daughter hurt herself and we thought she might need to see a doctor.
